Art Writing is an Aesthetic Catalyst

A symposium examining and testing art writing in the Nordic context.

Project Art Writing is a four-year research project hosted by Aarhus Literature Centre, Denmark, and led by Trine Rytter Andersen, which sought to examine and to test art writing within the Nordic context. I've been involved in the project from conception to completion.

I was keynote speker and moderator for the symposium, which took place as part of Aarhus' programme as European Capital of Culture, 2017.

Participants included: Maria Fusco (IRL), Jesper Rasmussen (DK), Lise Harlev (DK), Morten Søndergaard (DK), Magnus Bärtås (SE), Corin Sworn (UK), Juan Cruz (ES) Andres Vermehren Holm (DK), Aislinn McNamara (UK), Nat Bloch Gregersen (DK), Nora Joung (NO), Line Kallmayer (DK), Rasmus Brink Pedersen (DK).

A book, to which I've contributed, accompanies the symposium.
